Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via Auspost but recommend to use personal or business addresses. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

 

  • We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.
  • We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.
  • Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.
  • For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
  • Charm Vibez reserves the rights to amend and change their shipping policy at any time.

 

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes CharmVibez to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees CharmVibez may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods, provided it is necessary.
