Returns and Exchanges

General Policy

CharmVibez will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please email charmvibez@gmail.com with your order number to start the returns process.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at charmvibez@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To speed up the process, please include your order number in the email subject and send us a photo of your order so we can remedy the problem as soon as possible.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.

 

If you have any missing products from your order, please take a photo and email us at charmvibez@gmail.com with your order number and the missing product. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you and fix up your order.
