Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time (the time it takes for us to pack and process your order) that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by our carrier, Australia Post. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, express, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to pack and process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. We aim to pack and fulfill your orders as fast as possible!
